An affiliate program that pays you once for a customer is much different than
a lifetime commission program. In a program offering a one time payout, your
income is limited to the number of customers you bring to the merchant in any
given month. If the customer stays with the company and makes many purchases
over time you won’t receive any reward for bringing the merchant a profitable
customer. Your past performance will bring you no future benefits. In the TBhost.com Lifetime Commission program, you will in effect become our partner.
We are rewarding You for the success you help us achieve. With our program over
time you can build a reliable income stream to be used as a second or even a
primary income. And if the customer that you referred adds more accounts, or
upgrades his existing accounts, you will be rewarded for that as well.
You should sign up if you are interested in working hard to promote an
affiliate program that will pay you commissions for life. Sign up if your goals
are to be a successful affiliate. To be a successful affiliate you must do more
than put up a banner, or a text link. Our most successful affiliates are the
ones that tell their visitors a little about our services, and our support.
Never underestimate the power of pre-selling when promoting our affiliate
program. You will have many more click-throughs, and your links will be the ones
that sell.
You may not make any money with our affiliate program. In order to make money
you will need to have a commitment to pre-selling our services to your visitors.
If you have this commitment you can make a respectable income stream as a TBhost.com affiliate partner. In the table below you can see an example of how
your lifetime recurring commissions can build over time. If you refer one
customer that purchases each of our hosting packages each month for a year. Your
total first year earnings will be $10,900.50. If you have 10 affiliates that
were referred by you, and each of them sells one of each package per month, your
total first year earnings from the second tier profits will be $2725.13 for a
total first year earnings of $13,625.63. As you can see, your commissions will
grow from month to month because you still get paid for sales from the previous
months. If you didn’t refer a single customer after the 12th month
your income would still continue.

When someone that is referred from your website signs up for our affiliate
program, they become your second tier affiliate. They will be able to receive
full credit for all of the sales that they refer, just like you, however, you
will get a 5% commission on all sales referred by your second tier affiliates.
Your 5% is not subtracted from their commission, it is an additional 5% and is
also a recurring lifetime commission. If you refer one or two exceptionally
successful second tier affiliates you may find that they are responsible for the
bulk of your income from the affiliate program.
We only have 2 tiers in the TBhost.com affiliate program because we want our
affiliates to focus on selling web hosting, not recruiting new members to the
program. This is not a MLM type program in which everyone recruits and no one
sells. The only way to effectively make money by promoting an affiliate program
is by promoting the products, not the program. If you promote the products,
people will sign up for the program.
There is a simple rule of thumb when promoting our program: You may use any
method of promotion you choose, as long as it is Legal, Ethical, Practical,
Honest, and it is not prohibited in the reseller agreement. This means that you
may, promote our program in an opt in e-mail newsletter, but may not use spam.
You may advertise your affiliate link in other’s newsletters, in newspaper
classifieds, radio ads, or anything else you find to be effective. You may not
misrepresent yourself as being a representative of TBhost.com or use any other
practice that is dishonest. Some successful affiliates even set up mini websites
dedicated to promoting their affiliate link. If you wish to set up a mini
website with your own domain name to promote your affiliate link, we can offer
you special pricing. We will send you details after you sign up for our
affiliate program. To sell effectively spend a little time detailing our hosting
plans to your customers and set your affiliate code to redirect them directly to
the product page.
You don’t have to be a TBhost.com customer to participate in this program.
However, you will find it much easier to promote our services if you have
personal experience with them. A major part of successful pre-selling a product
is being able to offer the benefit of your personal experience. Consider
purchasing a starter account to use as a mini site to promote your link.
